Who We Are
CP Partners SAM Multi Family Office was founded and is managed by its current partners, who combine legal, financial and accounting expertise and executive management experience with a proactive and forward looking culture while respecting traditional values and business ethics.
What We Do
We provide contemporary bespoke advice and services of patrimonial and financial nature to:
- individuals;
- families;
- legal entities which are owned by individuals or families, or of which individuals or families are the founders or beneficiaries.
We apply the virtues of insight and excellence with integrity in all we do and we endeavour to create personal relationships with clients who share our values. We take time to understand exactly what is important to clients and how best we can help them achieve prosperity in all aspects of their life. We apply a holistic approach to our advice and services around their individual requirements with a view to helping them lead a fulfilling existence.
Our advice and services focus on clients’ planning, organisation and management of their estate and their family affairs more widely, and in general on assisting them to come to wise decisions in all their commercial and financial transactions as well as in transactions involving all types of assets.

Constantin TSIROYANNIS
- An International Lawyer with an energy and shipping industry career, 20 years of which was spent in an International Energy group, serving as a board member in numerous group companies and in executive management positions as managing director, group general counsel, group risk & insurance director, compliance director and group human resources director.
- Non-Executive Director certified by the Financial Times-Pearson Diploma Exam.
- Consultant to private clients advising them on family and business affairs, succession planning, family foundations and related issues.
- Member of international charitable organisations.
Pierangelo MERATI
- A Chartered Accountant and International Tax Adviser, founder of a multidisciplinary Italian firm for over 50 years providing financial, tax, accounting and commercial advice and related services to an institutional and private clientele with activities worldwide.
- Member of numerous professional associations in Italy.
- Professor of accounting and tax law.
- Member of various international committees and delegations dealing with taxation treaties and related issues.
- Board director in a number of Italian charitable organisations.
Associated Professionals
In addition to the two Founder Members who are involved in hands-on management of the activities, the multi family office has access to a network of select associated consultants, business partners and third party service providers.
Client requirements are considered and met in a thorough and expeditious manner. Third party service providers are constantly monitored and their performance is assessed.
